Terms and conditions of sale

1.1. These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter – the Terms) set out the general conditions for using the online store and the procedures for ordering, payment, delivery and return of goods.

1.2. Buyer – a natural or legal person purchasing goods in the online store.

1.3. Seller – MB "Mobitelas", company code 304766647, VAT payer code LT100014414812, address Marijonų g. 27, Panevėžys, Lithuania.

1.4. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.

1.5. The Seller has the right to amend the Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published in the online store.

2.1. The Seller offers phone accessories: cases, screen protectors, chargers, cables and other accessories.

2.2. Product photos, descriptions and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Actual goods may differ slightly from the photos shown due to screen settings or other technical reasons.

2.3. The Seller reserves the right to change the product range, descriptions and prices at any time.

3.1. The Buyer orders goods by selecting them in the online store and submitting an order.

3.2. An order is considered placed once the Buyer fills in the order form, provides the delivery address, selects the payment and delivery method, and confirms the order.

3.3. The sales contract is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer receives the order confirmation by email.

3.4. Every contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the Seller's database.

4.1. Product prices are shown in euros and include value added tax (VAT).

4.2. Product prices are valid at the time the order is placed. The Seller has the right to change prices, but changes do not apply to orders already placed.

4.3. The delivery cost is shown separately and depends on the chosen delivery method.

4.4. Available payment methods:

4.5. Order fulfilment begins once payment has been received or after the order has been confirmed with payment on collection.

5.1. Goods are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer or to the chosen pickup point.

5.2. Delivery times are shown next to each delivery method. Goods are usually delivered within 1–3 business days.

5.3. The Buyer must check the condition of the parcel at the time of delivery. If any damage is found, it must be noted in the delivery documents.

5.4. If the Buyer does not collect the goods within the specified period, the goods are returned to the Seller. Repeat delivery is charged separately.

6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

6.2. The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged and in proper merchantable condition.

6.3. Return costs are paid by the Buyer, except where the return is due to the Seller's fault or a product defect.

6.4. Money for a returned product is refunded within 14 days of the product being received at the Seller's warehouse.

6.5. Defective goods are exchanged or returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

7.1. All goods are covered by a 24-month quality warranty in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

7.2. The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged due to improper use, mechanical damage or attempts at self-repair.

7.3. For warranty service, the buyer must present a proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

The buyer has the right to:

8.1. Purchase goods in this online store in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

8.2. Withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason.

8.3. Demand replacement of a defective product or a refund.

8.4. Receive the ordered goods under the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.

The buyer undertakes to:

8.5. Pay for the ordered goods and their delivery.

8.6. Provide accurate and complete information required for fulfilling the order.

8.7. Accept the ordered goods or collect them within the specified period.

8.8. Comply with these Terms and Conditions and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

The seller has the right to:

9.1. At its own discretion, set a minimum cart value, i.e. the minimum amount that must be reached for the buyer's order to be fulfilled.

9.2. Suspend or discontinue the operation of the online store without prior notice to the buyer.

9.3. Modify these Terms and Conditions, product prices and other conditions.

9.4. Cancel an order if the buyer provides incorrect information or misuses the services.

The seller undertakes to:

9.5. Enable the use of the online store's services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

9.6. Deliver the goods ordered by the buyer to the specified address within the agreed period.

9.7. Refund payments for returned or undelivered goods in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

9.8. Protect the buyer's personal data in accordance with the privacy policy.

10.1. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Any consequences arising from incorrect data shall be borne by the buyer.

10.2. The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties (courier services) or force majeure circumstances.

10.3. The seller is not responsible if the product does not fit the buyer's specific device, provided the buyer did not specify the exact device model at the time of the order.

11.1. The buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the provisions of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.
