Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-07
MB Mobitelas respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and store your information when you visit our online store and buy phone accessories.
1. What data we collect
Data you provide yourself:
- • Contact details – first name, last name, email address, phone number
- • Delivery address – street, city, postal code
- • Payment information – processed securely through payment partners (Paysera, banks)
Data collected automatically:
- • IP address (anonymised)
- • Browser type and operating system
- • History of visited pages and viewed products
- • Approximate geographic location (country/city)
- • Where you came to the site from (search engine, advertising, direct)
2. What we use your data for
- • Order processing and delivery of goods
- • Communication about order status
- • Customer service and responses to enquiries
- • Website performance analysis and improvement
- • Fulfilling legal obligations (invoices, warranties)
2.1. An unfinished purchase
In our retail online store, entering a valid email address at the checkout contact step may save a draft before you place an order. The draft contains your email address, any other contact details you enter, your basket contents, checkout progress and the time of your last action. This lets you continue your purchase and helps us answer questions about completing it.
If you do not complete your purchase, we may send one neutral email about your saved basket. The reminder is scheduled after 8 hours of inactivity and sent only before 23 hours have elapsed since your last action. We do not send these emails between 23:00 and 07:00 Lithuanian time; when necessary, we wait until morning. Once the sending window has ended, we do not send the reminder.
The email contains no discounts or offers for other products, and we do not repeat the reminder for the same basket. We send the same recipient at most one basket or unpaid-order reminder within 24 hours.
We use data to take steps you request before entering into a purchase contract only to the extent necessary for those steps (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). The basis for the one-time notice and its delivery record is our legitimate interest in helping you continue your purchase and preventing repeated messages (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
3. Cookies
Our website uses cookies – small text files stored in your browser.
| Type | Purpose | Validity |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Cart functionality, session maintenance, sign-in | During session |
| Analytics | Google Analytics – visitor statistics, most popular products | Up to 2 years |
| Behaviour analysis | Microsoft Clarity – heatmaps, session recordings for site improvement | Up to 1 year |
| Preferences | Remembering cookie consent | 1 year |
You can manage cookies in your browser settings. If essential cookies are disabled, the cart and checkout may not work.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to analyse website traffic. This service helps us understand:
- • How many visitors come to the website
- • Which products and categories are most popular
- • Whether the website works well on mobile devices
Google Analytics does not use your data for advertising. More information: Google Privacy Policy
5. Microsoft Clarity
We partner with Microsoft Clarity to better understand how you use our website. This service collects:
- • Behavioural metrics – clicks, scrolling, time on page
- • Heatmaps – where users click most often
- • Session recordings – anonymised browsing replays
This data helps us improve the usability of the website and identify issues. By using our website you agree that we and Microsoft may collect and use this data.
More information about how Microsoft collects and uses data: Microsoft Privacy Statement
6. Data retention periods
- • Order data: 10 years (in accordance with accounting requirements)
- • Account data: While the account is active or until a deletion request
- • Analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics setting)
- • An unfinished purchase draft is kept for 30 days after your last checkout action. After that period, it is removed during daily data cleanup. Once an order is placed, the separate copy of contact details in the draft is cleared; order data follows the order retention period.
- • Completed reminder delivery records, including the recipient's email address, sending time and result, are removed during daily cleanup once 180 days have passed since the record was last updated. Unfinished delivery records are processed until their status has been determined.
Deleting a draft does not by itself delete or anonymise all related basket, account, session or order data. These periods apply specifically to draft and reminder delivery records.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- • Know what data is being collected about you
- • Request correction of inaccurate data
- • Request deletion of your data
- • Receive a copy of your data
- • Withdraw consent at any time
- • Object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interests. Please use the contact details provided on this page.
