The Kruger&Matz KD122LH uses an optical photoelectric sensor to detect smoke and provide an audible and visual warning. It is intended for indoor spaces where an early alert can help occupants notice a developing situation and respond. A smoke detector supports a wider fire-safety plan; it does not prevent fires or guarantee safety.
Warnings that are hard to overlook

Connect the detector to the Tuya app to receive remote alarm and low-battery notifications and review its event history. This can help you stay informed when you are away, but an app message depends on the network, phone and notification settings and should complement—not replace—the local alarm.
Designed for straightforward upkeep
The detector runs on three AA batteries and is supplied with a screw, wall plug and instructions for wall mounting. The specified sensor service life is ten years, while the batteries still require periodic checks and replacement. Installation should be carried out by a competent person and the unit should be tested regularly.
