Description
The Tuya HS082017 is a Wi-Fi detector for natural gas, including methane and butane, and biogas. It displays the measured gas level and temperature on its LCD screen and sends alerts through the Smart Life app.
Detection and alerts
- When the stated gas threshold is reached, the detector sounds an alarm and sends app notifications within 30 seconds.
- Test button, status indicator and socket for an electric gas valve.
- Installation height depends on the density of the gas being monitored; follow the supplied instructions.

- Power input: 5 V DC through Micro-USB; 100–240 V power adapter included.
- Operating temperature: 0 to +55 °C; relative humidity below 80% RH.
- Dimensions: 100×35 mm; stated sensor service life: 3 years.
