Thermal Pad HONEYWELL PTM7950 100x160x0.2mm

Honeywell PTM7950 is a 100 x 160 mm phase-change thermal-interface sheet for transferring heat between a compatible CPU or GPU and its heatsink.

Use

• The 0.2 mm sheet is solid at room temperature, so it can be cut and positioned before the heatsink is installed.
• At approximately 45°C, the material softens and conforms to microscopic surface irregularities. Several complete heating and cooling cycles may be needed to reach its stated thermal performance.
• Suitable for compatible notebooks, desktop processors, graphics cards, game consoles and other electronics. Clean the contact surfaces and follow the equipment manufacturer's disassembly and installation instructions.
