This MIFARE 13.56 MHz proximity-card reader provides a Wiegand 26/34 interface for a compatible access controller.

Operation

• Supported card technology: MIFARE 13.56 MHz.
• Operates as a Wiegand 26/34-bit reader and sends the scanned card identifier to a separate access controller; it does not switch a door lock by itself.
• The supplier states a maximum reader-to-controller communication distance of 100 m; actual distance depends on wiring and installation conditions.
