What is the difference between active noise cancelling and passive isolation?

Passive isolation is just the shape of the headphone: in-ear tips or over-ear pads physically block sound. Active noise cancelling (ANC) also listens to your surroundings through microphones and generates an opposing wave, so it works best on steady drone — a plane, a bus, ventilation. ANC does very little against sudden sounds such as speech.

How long do wireless earbuds really last on one charge?

In-ear buds usually play for 4–8 hours, and the case adds another two to four full charges. Over-ear headphones last 20–40 hours. High volume, ANC and cold weather all cut into that — in winter expect roughly a fifth less.

Can I use one pair with both my phone and my computer?

Yes, if the headphones support multipoint: they stay connected to two devices at once and switch by themselves when a call starts on the computer. Without multipoint you have to disconnect one device manually every time.

Make music part of the get-together

Kruger&Matz Music Box Party DJ KM0560 brings your playlist into a home gathering with a portable speaker built around music and participation. Connect a compatible Bluetooth phone to choose the evening's tracks, then use the speaker's own panel to join in. Its rechargeable battery also gives you flexibility when choosing a listening spot.

Add your own DJ moment

Recorded techno, synthesizer and percussion effects are available from the control panel. Choose an effect when you want to change the mood or try a different rhythm with friends. The controls turn playback into something you can take part in, not just leave running in the background.

Give lower notes more emphasis

The X-BASS function lets you add emphasis to the lower part of the sound. Use it when you want the rhythm to stand out more in the song you are playing. It gives you another way to shape the listening experience from the speaker itself.

From a playlist to karaoke

A wireless microphone is supplied for turning the gathering into a karaoke session. Choose a song and take your turn on the microphone, with the speaker handling the music. An additional microphone input lets you add a suitable second microphone for singing together.

More than one way to play

Alongside Bluetooth, the speaker offers AUX for a suitable wired player and playback of supported music from USB or microSD media. FM radio adds another choice when you want to tune in instead of selecting files. This makes it easy to use the music collection you already keep on different sources.

Lights on, then ready to move

RGB illumination brings a coloured visual accent to the speaker while the music plays. When the gathering moves to another place, the handle helps you carry the unit. Music and lighting stay together in one portable setup that can be packed away after the evening.
