What is the difference between a silicone and a plastic case?

A silicone case is soft and flexible, and it absorbs impact well. It grips in the hand, but it collects dust and yellows over time. A hard plastic (PC) case is thin and easy to keep clean, but it does not give under impact. For most people a TPU or hybrid case is the better compromise — it combines both.

How do I choose the right case?

Choose for the way you actually use the phone: if you drop it often, take a rugged case; if you want to keep the phone slim, TPU or silicone is enough; if you want to carry cards, pick a wallet case. Above all, check that the case is made for your exact phone model.

Does a case protect against drops?

Yes, though how much depends on the type. A thin silicone case keeps scratches away and helps with low falls. Rugged cases such as UAG or Spigen Tough Armor are drop-tested from 2–3 metres and give the most protection.

Why does a clear silicone case turn yellow?

UV light and the natural oils on your skin cause it. It is normal and cannot be prevented entirely. Tip: a darker colour or a clear TPU case yellows far less visibly.

Description

Crong Hybrid Frost MAG Cover is a grey protective case made specifically for iPhone 15 Pro. The manufacturer's code for this variant is CRG-HFM-IP1561P-LGR. Its semi-transparent frosted back is made of durable polycarbonate. The matte surface reduces visible fingerprints but does not prevent every mark.

A flat magnetic ring is integrated into the back and aligns compatible MagSafe charging accessories, power banks, car mounts and tripods. Actual holding force, charging performance and temperature depend on the phone and accessory used.
Metal side buttons provide direct control without exposing the phone's buttons.
The raised screen edge and camera frame help keep the display and protruding lenses away from flat surfaces. They reduce direct contact but do not guarantee protection against scratches or impact damage.
This size is shaped only for iPhone 15 Pro; it does not fit differently sized iPhone models.

The package contains one grey Crong Hybrid Frost MAG Cover case. The phone, power adapter and pictured accessories are not included.
